Rigorous structural design, close to the jobsite. We visited Alameda Central, one of Besco Perú's projects, to follow the construction of our structural design and resolve technical questions on steel and reinforcement details directly with the field team.

Why do we do it?

Because feedback from the jobsite is vital for continuous improvement. It allows us to design drawings that are highly buildable, clear, and efficient for those who build them.

Every site visit feeds back into our standards: what we learn in the field is incorporated into the next project.
